SpaceTenet ships to residential, studio, retail, and commercial addresses. All orders are carefully packaged to protect structural components during transit. Below are our standard shipping policies and estimated delivery timelines.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom configurations and trade orders may require additional lead time — this will be confirmed at the time of order.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping thresholds may apply — check the cart for current promotions.
Large & Freight Orders
Orders containing multiple poles, large partition panels, or full system kits may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries are kerbside unless otherwise arranged. Contact us in advance if you require room-of-choice or white-glove delivery.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Use the carrier’s tracking portal to monitor your delivery status.
International Shipping
SpaceTenet ships internationally. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge. Check with your local customs authority for applicable rates before ordering.
