Care & Maintenance

SpaceTenet systems are built for long-term use. With proper care, your system will maintain its structural integrity, finish quality, and aesthetic precision for years. This guide covers cleaning, surface care, and maintenance for all materials used across the SpaceTenet range.

Steel Components

Matte black powder-coated steel is the primary structural material across all SpaceTenet systems. To maintain the finish:

• Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth.
• For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution — avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
• Do not use bleach, ammonia-based cleaners, or solvent-based products.
• Dry immediately after any wet cleaning to prevent water marks.
• Inspect tension fittings on Axis™ poles every 6 months and re-tighten if any movement is detected.

Glass Panels (Frame™)

• Clean with a standard glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth.
• Avoid applying pressure to the edges of glass panels.
• Inspect frame seals annually and contact support if any seal degradation is observed.

Acoustic Panels (Frame™)

• Vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust.
• Spot-clean with a lightly dampened cloth — do not saturate the panel.
• Avoid direct sunlight exposure for extended periods to prevent colour fade.

Wood & Laminate Shelves

• Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct heat sources.
• Use felt pads under heavy or sharp objects to protect the surface.

Hardware & Connectors

• Inspect all connectors, brackets, and tension fittings every 6 months.
• Re-tighten any loose fittings using the included tool kit.
• If any hardware shows signs of wear or damage, refer to the Replacement Parts Guide to order replacements.

Reconfiguration & Relocation

SpaceTenet systems are designed to be disassembled and relocated without damage. When reconfiguring, refer to the Installation Guides for reassembly instructions. Store disassembled components in a dry, temperature-stable environment.
