Contract Pricing

SpaceTenet offers contract pricing to approved Trade Account holders and commercial clients specifying our systems for residential and commercial projects. Pricing is structured to reflect project volume and the ongoing nature of the trade relationship.

Pricing Structure

Contract pricing is applied as a discount to the standard retail price across all SpaceTenet systems and components. Discount levels are determined by annual purchase volume and project type:

  • Trade Tier 1 — Available to all approved Trade Account holders. Applied automatically to all orders placed through your trade account.
  • Trade Tier 2 — Available to accounts with qualifying annual purchase volume. Contact your account manager to discuss eligibility.
  • Project Pricing — Available for single projects above a qualifying order value. Pricing is agreed in advance of order placement and applied to the specific project order.

How Contract Pricing Is Applied

For Trade Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, contract pricing is applied automatically when you are logged in to your Trade Account. All product pages will display your trade price alongside the standard retail price.
