SpaceTenet stands behind the quality and durability of every system we produce. This page outlines our returns policy, warranty coverage, and the process for replacement parts.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on unused, unassembled items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorisation number and return shipping instructions.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Custom configurations, cut-to-size components, and trade orders are non-returnable unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect components, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Warranty Coverage
All SpaceTenet structural components are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. The warranty covers:
- Structural failure of poles, frames, and connectors
- Finish defects (peeling, flaking, or corrosion) not caused by improper care
- Hardware failure under rated load conditions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, overloading beyond rated capacity, misuse, or failure to follow the Care & Maintenance guidelines.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number, a description of the defect, and supporting photos. We will assess the claim and respond within 3 business days.
Replacement Parts
Individual components and hardware can be ordered separately. Refer to our Replacement Parts Guide to identify the correct part and submit a request.
